Raw Pyrite Bracelet (Lab Certified): Original Certified Stone for Wealth & Money
Raw Pyrite: the Stone of Wealth. In Vedic practice, pyrite is the stone associated with money: not luck, but the confidence and discipline to build it and hold on to it. This bracelet uses raw, hand-picked natural pyrite with its own metallic shine: no polish, no dye, no substitutes.
What pyrite actually is
Pyrite is iron sulphide (FeS₂), a naturally occurring mineral that crystallises in cubes and carries a distinctive brassy-gold metallic lustre, the reason it earned the nickname "fool's gold". It is found across India, Spain and Peru. Raw pyrite keeps the mineral's natural facets and irregular surface rather than being tumbled smooth, which is why every bead in this bracelet looks slightly different.
What it is traditionally worn for
- Wealth: the classic association of pyrite in Vedic and crystal tradition
- Confidence: worn before decisions, negotiations and pitches
- Discipline with money: a daily physical reminder of your own intention
- Protection from negativity: pyrite's other long-standing use
How to check if pyrite is real
Pyrite is one of the most faked stones sold online. Dyed hematite and gold-coated glass are both common. Four checks: real pyrite is heavy for its size (specific gravity around 5.0, roughly twice that of glass); it shows cubic or angular natural facets rather than a smooth painted surface; the metallic shine is uneven across beads, because natural mineral never plates uniformly; and it is hard, around 6 to 6.5 on the Mohs scale, so a steel pin will not scratch it easily. Every Vedic Stones bracelet ships with a gemological lab certificate confirming natural, untreated stone.
How to wear it
Worn on the left wrist in the receiving tradition. Many wearers begin on a Thursday, the day associated with Jupiter and with prosperity. It is made for daily wear.
Cleansing and care
Pyrite contains iron and can tarnish with prolonged moisture, so keep it dry. Cleanse with incense, a smudge, or a few hours in indirect moonlight rather than water. Remove it before bathing, swimming or applying perfume, and store it in the pouch it arrives in.

Frequently asked questions
Does a pyrite bracelet actually work?
No gemstone has been shown scientifically to change financial outcomes. Pyrite is worn in Vedic tradition as a daily reminder of intention, and many wearers describe feeling more focused and confident about money decisions. We sell it as certified natural stone jewellery, not as a financial product.
On which hand should I wear a pyrite bracelet?
The left wrist is traditional. In Vedic practice the left side is treated as the receiving side, drawing energy inward, and pyrite is worn to attract. People who want pyrite for outward confidence, before a pitch or negotiation, sometimes wear it on the right instead.
How can I tell if pyrite is real or fake?
Real pyrite is heavy for its size, roughly twice the weight of glass. It shows natural cubic facets rather than a smooth gold coating, and the shine varies bead to bead. It is also hard, around 6 to 6.5 on the Mohs scale, so it resists scratching.
Which is the best day to wear a pyrite bracelet?
Thursday is the traditional choice, associated with Jupiter and prosperity. Friday is the second common option. After the first wearing there is no restriction on which days it can be worn. The bracelet is made for everyday use.
Who should not wear a pyrite bracelet?
Pyrite contains iron sulphide, so anyone with sensitive skin should watch for irritation during the first few days. Children under three should not wear it because of the small-bead choking risk. If you follow astrological guidance, check with your own astrologer first.
How do I cleanse a pyrite bracelet?
Avoid water. Pyrite contains iron and can tarnish if it stays damp. Cleanse it with incense or a smudge, or leave it in indirect moonlight for a few hours. Wipe it with a dry soft cloth and store it in its pouch when not being worn.
What is the difference between raw pyrite and polished pyrite?
Raw pyrite keeps the mineral's natural angular facets and uneven surface, so each bead looks distinct. Polished pyrite is tumbled smooth for a uniform mirror finish. Both are the same mineral; raw is preferred by people who want the stone to look untreated.
Is the bracelet certified, and is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Every Raw Pyrite Bracelet ships with a gemological lab certificate confirming the stone is natural and untreated. Cash on Delivery is available across India, shipping is free, and orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
