5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for eligible products.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Refunds will be processed after inspection.
Where an item was received free as part of a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer and the paid item is returned, the free item must also be returned, or its value will be deducted from the refund.

7. Offers, Discounts & Bundle Sets

Our Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer applies automatically to eligible individual bracelets. No coupon code is required, and it cannot be combined with any discount code.
Bundle Sets (for example the Wealth Duo and Balance Duo) are single products containing two bracelets at one fixed price. They are excluded from the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer.
The struck-through price shown next to a product is our maximum retail price. The price you pay is always the price shown in your cart and at checkout.
Offers apply while stock lasts and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without prior notice.
